2 CAR § 24-202 – Pond filling

(a) No surface water is used, an existing requirement of the Arkansas certification program.
(b) Water may be moved between ponds if the:
1. (1) Donor pond is known to be Gambusiafree; or
2. (2) Water is passed through a filter of sufficiently small porosity to remove Gambusia fry.
