Arkansas Code § 2-22-105
- (a) Each apiary location, whether permanent or temporary, shall be identified by prominently displaying the owner's registration number at the site.
- (b) This number may be displayed on one (1) or more hives or on a readily visible sign placed within ten feet (10’) of the hives.
