(a)

1. (1) A narrative description of the proposed project is required.
2. (2) The format, style of presentation, and length may vary, depending on the nature of the project.

(b) The narrative shall include the following sections:

1. (1)

   1. (A) Ownership.
   2. (B) Legal ownership along with the names, titles, contact information, and roles of principal participants in alternative fuels distribution business;

2. (2)

   1. (A) Location.
   2. (B) Physical address of business and distribution site or sites;
3. (3) Current source of biofuel and monthly volume;
4. (4) Intended use of the grant; and
5. (5) Evidence sufficient to demonstrate grant will improve the statewide supply and distribution of alternative fuels and/or alternative fuels mixtures that are produced in Arkansas.
