(a)

1. (1) A narrative description of the proposed project is required.
2. (2) The format, style of presentation, and length may vary depending on the nature of the project.

(b) The narrative shall include the following sections:

   1. (A) Ownership.
   2. (B) Legal ownership along with the names, titles, contact information, and roles of principal participants in alternative fuel production facility;

2. (2)

   1. (A) Location.
   2. (B) Physical address of facility;

3. (3)

   1. (A) Description of current operation.
   2. (B) If in operation, describe facility including:

(i) Feedstock processed;

1. (ii) Current market;

   1. (iii) Production levels including expected gallonage; and

      1. (iv) Cost per unit;

2. (4)

   1. (A) Intended use of grant.

   2. (B)

      1. (i) For capital improvement grant describe construction, modification, alteration, or retrofitting of production facility and permitting required.
      2. (ii) Include pro forma operating statement, cash flow analysis, projected per unit cost, annual volume anticipated, expected employment, and anticipated markets for alternative fuel.
   3. (C) For operating cost grant include operating pro forma analysis, cash flow analysis, projected per unit cost, annual volume anticipated, expected employment, and anticipated markets for alternative fuel; and
3. (5) Evidence alternative fuel production volume is sustainable.
