1. (1) Funding decisions are made on the basis of one (1) round of competition.

   1. (A) The 2007 – 2008 fiscal year application deadline for grants is February 28, 2008.
   2. (B) Applications may cover investments made on or after January 1, 2007, or investments proposed to be made before June 30, 2008.
3. (3) The 2008 – 2009 fiscal year application deadline is February 28, 2009.
