Any recipient of appropriated funds from the Development and Enhancement Fund:

1. (1) May be required to file a compliance audit; and
2. (2) Is also subject to an audit by Arkansas Legislative Audit in order to determine that the use of the funds was in compliance with the intent and appropriated purposes of the General Assembly.
