(a) The Executive Director of the Arkansas Tobacco Settlement Commission shall handle any:

1. (1) Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Arkansas Code § 25-19-101 et seq., requests; and
2. (2) Public or press questions regarding the Arkansas Tobacco Settlement Commission.

(b) The public or press may obtain information about the agency or make submissions or requests by:

1. (1) Telephone;
2. (2) Postal mail; or
3. (3) Electronic mail.
