1. (a) Each professional and consultant service contract shall clearly state the compensation and indicate if various levels of expertise are to be supplied by the contractor.
2. (b) A rate for each level and the number of personnel within each level should be listed.
3. (c) All calculations should be extended and totaled.
4. (d) A schedule of allowable reimbursable expenses and estimated rates for each item of expense should be agreed to.
5. (e) All items should be listed along with respective rates.
6. (f) Rates should be totaled by item column, and a total compensation provided that is inclusive of reimbursable expenses.
