1. (a)

   1. (1) Each agency shall be responsible for providing to the Marketing and Redistribution Section, by the tenth of the month following the sale, a list of all items sold.
   2. (2) Include the type of equipment, model number, serial number, and property tag number, to whom the equipment was sold and the amount.
2. (b) If the sale is conducted by the Marketing and Redistribution Section outside the agency, the agency will receive fifty percent (50%) of the proceeds, twenty-five percent (25%) of the proceeds will be retained by the Marketing and Redistribution Section, and twenty-five percent (25%) of the proceeds will go to the Computer and Electronic Recycling Fund at the Division of Environmental Quality.
