- (a) The names of the offerors may be read aloud.
- (b) An abstract of proposals listing the names of offerors shall be prepared by the entity responsible for the RFP and shall be retained in the request for proposals file and shall be available for public inspection.
Codification Notes: This section was promulgated as R4:19-11-230 of the Procurement Rules prior to codification into the Code of Arkansas Rules. "RFP" means request for proposals.
