Under Arkansas Code § 19-11-203(14)(Y), capital improvements valued at less than the amount stated in Arkansas Code § 22-9-203 subject to Department of Shared Administrative Services Building Authority Division minimum standards and criteria are exempt from the requirements of the Arkansas Procurement Law, Arkansas Code § 19-11-201.
