- (a) Any applicant who is denied a license or who is approved for examination for a class of license lower than the class of license sought, shall be notified of such action by mail at the address provided by the applicant.
- (b) The applicant shall have twenty (20) days from the date of the notice to appeal the denial, or the approval for examination for a lower class license, to the full Board of Electrical Examiners of the State of Arkansas.
(c)
- (1) The applicant shall be provided at least twenty (20) days’ notice of the hearing before the full board.
- (2) Such notice will be provided by regular mail to the address on the application.
