Automatic suspension of apprentice license/registration
Arkansas Code § 17-28-202; Arkansas Code § 20-31-104
- (a) An apprentice license shall be automatically suspended if the Electrical Section of the Division of Labor determines that the apprentice is not compliant with 17 CAR § 210-708 of the Rules of the Board of Electrical Examiners of the State of Arkansas.
- (b) The section staff shall notify the apprentice of this suspension and that a final revocation hearing has been scheduled before the board.
(c) The automatic suspension shall continue until:
- (1) A final revocation hearing before the board; or
- (2) The apprentice proves compliance with 17 CAR § 210-708.
