17 CAR § 210-801 – Authority of the board

(a) The Board of Electrical Examiners of the State of Arkansas shall have the power to revoke or suspend any license or registration for cause.
(b) This includes, but is not limited to, the performance of electrical work which does not comply with the provisions of the National Electrical Code, as adopted by the board.
