17 CAR § 210-510 – Discovery

(a) Upon written request, the Board of Electrical Examiners of the State of Arkansas or the Division of Labor will provide the information designated in Arkansas Code § 25-15-208(a)(3).
(b) Such requests should be received by the Electrical Section, Department of Labor and Licensing at least ten (10) days before the scheduled hearing.
