- (a) A journeyman electrician license or master electrician licensee shall complete at least eight (8) hours of continuing education for each National Electrical Code (NEC) cycle before renewing his or her license.
(b)
- (1) Continuing education shall consist of classroom or other Board of Electrical Examiners of the State of Arkansas-approved instruction relating specifically to the National Electrical Code.
- (2) The NEC cycle shall begin on January 1 of each year of NEC publication.
