(a)
- (1) The Board of Electrical Examiners of the State of Arkansas may revoke or suspend a restricted lifetime master or journeyman electrician license for the same reasons and in the same manner as any other master or journeyman electrician license.
- (2) Grounds for suspension or revocation include, but are not limited to, the performance or supervision of electrical work which does not comply with the provisions of the National Electrical Code, as adopted by the board.
- (b) Notice of any complaint, proceeding, or hearing shall be made to the holder of a restricted lifetime master or journeyman electrician license to the last address on file with the board.
(c)
- (1) Revocation or suspension proceedings shall be conducted in the same manner as provided for other licensed electricians by this part.
