- (a) Application for a restricted lifetime master or journeyman electrician license shall be on a form approved by the Board of Electrical Examiners of the State of Arkansas.
(b) The applicant for a restricted lifetime master or journeyman electrician license shall submit with the application satisfactory proof of age, which may include one (1) of the following:
- (1) A birth certificate;
- (2) A passport or certificate of arrival in the United States;
- (3) A state-issued driver's license or identification card;
- (4) Any document issued by the United States Armed Forces which includes a photograph or information including name, sex, date of birth, and other identifying information; or
- (5) Any other document of similar reliability.
