Fees shall be as follows:

1. (1) Certificate of Registration, exam, twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
2. (2) Certificate of Registration, temporary, fifteen dollars ($15.00);
3. (3) Certificate of Registration, renewal, fifty dollars ($50.00);
4. (4) Certificate of Authority, application, twenty-five dollars ($25.00); and
5. (5) Certificate of Authority, renewal, one hundred forty-five dollars ($145).
