1. (a) The Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology shall follow the provisions of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq., in bringing disciplinary action against a licensed:

   1. (1) Speech-language pathologist;
   2. (2) Audiologist; or
   3. (3) Speech-language pathology assistant.

2. (b)

   1. (1) Charges against a licensed speech-language pathologist, SLPA, or audiologist shall be in the form of a written statement describing the specific violations of:

      1. (A) Ethical practice; or
      2. (B) The provisions of the Licensure Act of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists, Arkansas Code § 17-100-101 et seq., or this part.
   2. (2) The statement must be signed and filed with the board office.
