(a)
- (1) Regular meetings of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission shall generally be held on the Monday immediately preceding the second Tuesday of each month and will continue in session until its business is completed insofar as is possible.
- (2) Provided, however, that any regular meeting of the commission may be set forward, postponed, canceled, or adjourned to another day.
- (b) Special meetings of the commission may be called at any time by a majority of the commission.
