- (a) An order suspending a license may provide that a person desiring reinstatement may file with the Arkansas State Board of Acupuncture and Related Techniques a verified petition requesting reinstatement.
(b) The petition for reinstatement must set out the following:
- (1) That the individual has fully and promptly complied with the requirements of 17 CAR § 170-406(e) pertaining to the duty of a sanctioned professional;
- (2) That the individual has refrained from practicing in this profession during the period of suspension;
- (3) That the individual’s license fee is current or has been tendered to the board; and
- (4) That the individual has fully complied with the requirements imposed as conditions for reinstatement.
- (c) Any knowing misstatement of fact may constitute grounds for denial or revocation of reinstatement.
- (d) Failure to comply with the provisions of this part precludes consideration for reinstatement.
- (e) No individual will be reinstated unless the board approves reinstatement by majority vote.
