The Arkansas State Board of Acupuncture and Related Techniques shall charge fees for the following, in compliance with Arkansas Code § 17-102-304(d)(1) – (7):

1. (1)

   1. (A) Initial/reciprocal application for licensing, set at two hundred fifty dollars ($250).

   2. (B) The board shall waive the initial application fee if the applicant:

      1. (i) Is receiving assistance through the:

         1. (a) (a) Arkansas Medicaid Program;
         2. (b) (b) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program;
      2. (c) (c) Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children;

      3. (d) (d) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program; or

         1. (e) (e) Lifeline Assistance Program;
      4. (ii) Was approved for unemployment within the last twelve (12) months; or
      5. (iii) Has an income that does not exceed two hundred percent (200%) of the federal poverty income guidelines;
2. (2) Biennial licensing renewal of original and reciprocal licensees, set at four hundred dollars ($400);
3. (3) Late renewal (in addition to the renewal fee), set at one hundred dollars ($100);
4. (4) Continuing education provider one-time registration fee, set at two hundred dollars ($200); and
5. (5) Administrative support fee (annual), set at one hundred dollars ($100).
