All records kept by the Arkansas State Board of Acupuncture and Related Techniques shall be available for public inspection pursuant to the:

1. (1) Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Arkansas Code § 25-19-101 et seq.; and
2. (2) Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq.
