- (a) The Arkansas State Board of Sanitarians shall have power to determine all matters within its jurisdiction, subject to review of the circuit court or at the option of the aggrieved party, by the circuit court of the county in which he or she resides.
- (b) Any person who violates any provisions of Arkansas Code § 17-43-101 et seq., shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) or by imprisonment not exceeding three (3) months, or by both fine and imprisonment, and each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
