1. (a) An accredited pharmacy degree program shall be any program that meets at least the minimum standards established for a recognized Doctor of Pharmacy program by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.

2. (b)

   1. (1) At the October Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy Board meeting each year, the board shall adopt a specific list, by name, of approved colleges.
   2. (2) Until the list is revised, the existing list shall remain valid.
