Consultant pharmacist. As used in this part:

1. (1) “Consultant pharmacist” means a pharmacist who assumes the ultimate responsibility to ensure adherence to all laws and rules concerning pharmacy services for a nursing home or other facility requiring consultant pharmacist services.

2. (2) The consultant pharmacist:

   1. (A) Is required to perform the consultative services provided in the nursing home or other facility; and

   2. (B) Must abide by:

      1. (i) Pharmacy law and rules; and
      2. (ii) The policy and procedures of the facility.
