- (a) All respiratory care practitioners shall be required to pass an examination for a license to practice the profession in Arkansas, except as otherwise stated in Arkansas Code § 17-99-301.
- (b) It is not the intent of the Arkansas State Medical Board to examine for licensure as a respiratory care practitioner those individuals engaged solely in the practice of pulmonary function testing.
