(b) Each office at which office-based surgery is performed shall have:

1. (1) A defibrillator;
2. (2) A positive-pressure ventilation device;
3. (3) A reliable source of oxygen;
4. (4) A suction device;
5. (5) Resuscitation equipment;
6. (6) Appropriate emergency drugs;
7. (7) Appropriate anesthesia devices and equipment for proper monitoring; and
8. (8) Emergency airway equipment including appropriately sized oral airways, endotracheal tubes, laryngoscopes, and masks.

(c) Each office shall have sufficient space to accommodate all necessary equipment and personnel and to allow for expeditious access to:

1. (1) The patient;
2. (2) The anesthesia machine; and
3. (3) All monitoring equipment.
