(a)
- (1) The Centralized Credentials Verification Advisory Committee will consist of ten (10) standing members who are recommended by the committee and appointed by the Arkansas State Medical Board, at least six (6) of which shall be representatives of credentialing organizations which must comply with Acts 1999, No. 1410.
- (2) Of these six (6) members, at least two (2) shall be representatives of licensed Arkansas hospitals and at least two (2) shall be representatives of insurers or health maintenance organizations.
- (b) The term of each member shall be annual, and members may serve consecutive terms.
- (c) Ad hoc members will be appointed as necessary by the committee.
(d)
- (1) Committee members will complete and file with the secretary a conflict of interest disclosure statement annually.
- (2) This statement will be retained in the permanent records of the committee.
