(a) The Arkansas State Board of Nursing may issue certification as an MA-C by endorsement to an applicant who has been licensed or certified as an MA-C under the laws of another state or territory, regardless of title, if:

1. (1) In the opinion of the board, the applicant meets the qualifications of MA-C in this state; and
2. (2) The board recommends certification.

(b) Application.

1. (1) Applications must be:

   1. (A) Completed;
   2. (B) Certified;
   3. (C) Signed by the applicant; and
   4. (D) Filed with the board.
2. (2) Endorsement verifications will be accepted from the state of original certification only.

(c) Fee.

1. (1) The endorsement fee must accompany the application.
2. (2) The fees are not refundable.
