(b) Special reports/requests. The board shall be notified in writing of major changes affecting the program, including, but not limited to:

1. (1) School name;
2. (2) Director of program; and
3. (3) Ownership or merger of parent institution.

(c) Curriculum changes.

1. (1) Master’s, baccalaureate, diploma, or associate degree nurse program changes. Major changes of curriculum or standards shall be reported to the board prior to implementation, including, but not limited to:

   1. (A) Philosophy, competencies, and objectives;
   2. (B) Reorganization of curriculum; and
   3. (C) Increase or decrease in length of program.

2. (2) Practical programs. Major changes of curriculum and standards shall be approved prior to implementation, including, but not limited to:

   1. (A) Philosophy, competencies, and objectives;
   2. (B) Reorganization of curriculum; and
   3. (C) Increase or decrease in length of program.
