- (a) Faculty shall be responsible for program evaluation.
(b) A systematic evaluation plan of all program aspects shall be in writing, implemented, and include:
- (1) Philosophy and graduate competencies;
- (2) Curriculum;
- (3) Policies;
- (4) Resources;
- (5) Facilities;
- (6) Faculty;
- (7) Students;
- (8) Graduates; and
- (9) Employer evaluation of graduates.
- (c) The outcomes of the systematic evaluations shall be used for ongoing maintenance and development of the program.
- (d) Appropriate records shall be maintained to assist in overall evaluation of the program after graduation.
- (e) The systematic program evaluation plan shall be periodically reviewed.
(f) Students shall evaluate the:
- (1) Courses, instructors, preceptors, and clinical experiences throughout the program; and
- (2) Overall program after graduation.
