(b)

1. (1) If delivering infants outside an accredited facility, the certified nurse midwife shall have an agreement with a licensed physician or facility, or both, that identifies an arrangement for referral and consultation in the event of a medical complication.
2. (2) The agreement shall be made available to the Arkansas State Board of Nursing upon request.

(c) A certificate of prescriptive authority shall be issued prior to prescribing any:

1. (1) Legend drug;
2. (2) Medicine; or
3. (3) Therapeutic device.
