- (a) Each person licensed under the provisions of the Nurse Practice Act shall renew biennially.
- (b) Sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date, the Arkansas State Board of Nursing shall mail a renewal notice to the last known address of each nurse to whom a license was issued or renewed during the current period.
- (c) The application shall be completed before the license renewal is processed.
- (d) The fee for renewal shall accompany the application.
- (e) The fee is not refundable.
- (f) Pursuant to Acts 2017, No. 204, upon notification of active duty status and submission of appropriate documentation, the license renewal fee will be waived for members of the military.
