17 CAR § 121-404 – Fee

(a) The endorsement fee must accompany the application.
(b) The fees for the state and federal criminal background checks are the responsibility of the applicant and shall be submitted to the Arkansas State Board of Nursing with the application for same.
(c) The fees are not refundable.
