- (a) Applications must be completed and filed with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
- (b) Endorsement certification will be accepted from the state of original licensure only.
- (c) Applicants for licensure by endorsement shall not be issued a permanent license to practice until such time that the results of the state and federal criminal background checks have been received.
