- (a) The application fee shall accompany the application.
- (b) The application fee (first time or retake) is not refundable.
(c) The fees for the state and federal criminal background checks:
- (1) Are the responsibility of the applicant; and
- (2) Shall be submitted to the Arkansas State Board of Nursing with the application for same.
(d) The fees for criminal background checks are:
- (1) Determined by the Division of Arkansas State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and
- (2) Not refundable.
