- (a) Applications for examination shall be completed and filed with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing prior to the examination.
- (b) Examination applications shall not be acceptable if the director or chair of an educational program has certified the applicant prior to date of completion.
- (c) Applicants for licensure by examination shall not be deemed eligible to take the licensure examination until such time that the results of the state and federal criminal background checks have been received.
