Upon order of the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, the President of the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, Secretary of the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, or Director of the Arkansas State Board of Nursing shall issue all notices of hearings and other process as may be directed by the board.
