17 CAR § 120-502 – Examination, inquiry, or investigation

(a) The Arkansas State Board of Nursing may, through one (1) or more of its members, or staff especially authorized, conduct at its office in Little Rock, Arkansas, or in any part of the state, any examination, inquiry or investigation, hearing, or other proceeding necessary to perform its duties and functions.
(b) The Director of the Arkansas State Board of Nursing shall:
1. (1) Have custody of the seal and official records; and
2. (2) Be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the files and records of the board, including:
  1. (A) The credentials for all Arkansas licensed nurses;
  2. (B) Transcripts of testimony and exhibits;
  3. (C) The minutes of all actions taken by the board; and
  4. (D) All of its:
(i) Findings;
1. (ii) Determinations;
  1. (iii) Reports;
    1. (iv) Opinions;
    2. (v) Orders;
    3. (vi) Rules; and
    4. (vii) Approved forms.
