17 CAR § 115-103

Definitions

Arkansas Code § 17-82-208

For the purpose of this part, the terms:

(1) "Act" means the Arkansas Dental Practice Act, Arkansas Code § 17-82-101 et seq.; and
(2) "Board" means the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners.
