As used in this part:

1. (1) “Board” means the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners; and

2. (2) “Rules” means those:

   1. (A) Acts, statements, or definitions by which the chiropractic profession is governed or regulated in:

      1. (i) Conduct;
      2. (ii) Actions; or
      3. (iii) Practice; and

   2. (B) Procedures by which the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners:

      1. (i) Exercises its authority and responsibility; and
      2. (ii) Conducts its affairs.
