1. (a) The fees charged in connection with social work licensing are as follows:

   1. (1) Filing of an application, one hundred dollars ($100);
   2. (2) Examination fee. The examination fee will be the same as the amount charged by the examination service;
   3. (3) Renewal fee (two (2) years), eighty dollars ($80.00);
   4. (4) Late renewal fee, eighty dollars ($80.00);
   5. (5) Replacement of license, twenty dollars ($20.00);
   6. (6) Endorsement to another state, twenty dollars ($20.00);
   7. (7) Certificate of registration application, twenty-five dollars ($25.00); and
   8. (8) Certificate of registration renewal, ten dollars ($10.00).

2. (b) The Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board shall waive the initial licensing fee if the applicant:

   1. (1) Is receiving assistance through the:

      1. (A) Arkansas Medicaid Program;
      2. (B) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program;
      3. (C) Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children;
      4. (D) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program; or
      5. (E) Lifeline Assistance Program;
   2. (2) Was approved for unemployment within the last twelve (12) months; or
   3. (3) Has an income that does not exceed two hundred percent (200%) of the federal poverty income guidelines.
