(a)

1. (1) Regular meetings of the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board shall be held once each month at a time established by a majority vote of the board.

2. (2) A special meeting may be called at any time by:

   1. (A) The chair; or
   2. (B) Any officer of the board upon written request of three (3) or more of the members.

(b)

1. (1) All regular meetings of the board are open to the public.

2. (2)

   1. (A) Any person desiring to appear before the board at any of its regular meetings shall submit a written request to the board at least fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting.
   2. (B) The request must state in detail the nature and purpose of the appearance.
   3. (C) The chair of the board has the right to determine when and if such a request can be honored.
