(a)
- (1) Currently, most other jurisdictions that have reciprocity agreements with the Arkansas Psychology Board require one (1) year of supervised postdoctoral experience.
- (2) The board will provide record keeping and documentation of this supervised postdoctoral experience for applicants interested in applying for license to practice in other jurisdictions.
(b)
- (1) An applicant for a reciprocal license must apply to the Identification Bureau of the Division of Arkansas State Police for a state and national criminal background check.
- (2) The applicant must sign a release of information to the board and shall be responsible to the division for the payment of any fee associated with the criminal background check.
(c)
- (1) An applicant for whom the information from the bureau reveals that the applicant has pleaded guilty or nolo contendere to, or been found guilty of, any offense listed in Arkansas Code § 17-3-102(a) shall not be eligible for licensure.
- (2) A licensee deemed so ineligible may appeal this action through the process identified in 17 CAR § 95-1102.
