- (a) When the Arkansas Psychology Board is made aware of a violation or possible violation of Arkansas Code § 17-97-301 or § 17-97-307, a registered letter with a return receipt requested shall be mailed to the individual in question, calling to his or her attention the pertinent aspects of the law and this part.
- (b) In addition to the letter, the information shall be forwarded to the appropriate law enforcement authorities for legal action upon an affirmative vote for referral by the board.
- (c) Upon conviction he or she shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) or more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
