- (a) If any licentiate fails for three (3) consecutive years to pay the fee, then it shall be the duty of the Arkansas Psychology Board without hearing or notice to cancel his or her license, subject to reinstatement.
- (b) If application for reinstatement is made, the board shall consider the moral character and professional qualifications of the applicant as in the case of an original application.
