- (a) Failure to apply for and pay the license renewal fee by July 1 shall result in suspension of the license as long as the application and fee are delinquent.
- (b) Reinstatement of suspended license shall automatically occur at the time the registration fee plus the delinquent renewal fee (17 CAR § 95-1206) are paid.
