The Arkansas Psychology Board shall charge the following administrative fees, which are considered necessary in the performance of the board’s duties:

1. (1) Photocopying, per page, one dollar ($1.00);
2. (2) Service charge on returned check, twenty dollars ($20.00);
3. (3) Replacement of returned check, twenty dollars ($20.00); and
4. (4) Delinquent CE penalty, fifty dollars ($50.00).

Codification Notes: “CE” means continuing education.
